As a 5-axis vertical machining center, the Vortex e-1600V is purpose-built for large workpiece machining. For example, it accommodates components up to 2,050 mm in diameter and 1,600 mm in height, meeting the needs of aerospace, energy, and heavy equipment industries. Its rigid double-column construction also ensures structural stability and repeatable accuracy across the full machining envelope. With a 150° B-axis tilt and 360° C-axis rotation, the Vortex e-1600V performs complex multi-surface and angular operations. The direct-drive rotary table eliminates backlash, providing the precision required for intricate part geometries.
