VisiJet M2S-HT90 (MJP) is a heat tolerant MJP resin developed for prototyping and tooling applications that operate in elevated thermal environments. VisiJet M2S-HT90 is an engineering-grade thermal 3D material that balances heat resistance with mechanical rigidity. Tensile strength up to 76 MPa and a flexural modulus near 3000 MPa support structurally loaded prototypes during functional testing. In addition, the 3D Systems material features low elongation to limits deformation. This allows parts to maintain geometry when exposed to combined mechanical and thermal loads.

This heat tolerant MJP resin is frequently used for brackets, fixtures, housings, and validation tools that need to retain their form in warm operating conditions. Stable mechanical behavior across builds supports repeatable test results and reduces variation during performance evaluation. These characteristics make the material well suited for iterative design cycles where thermal exposure is a key design constraint.
